Apartment 101

Apartment 101 follows Hailey & Bianca as they navigate the nebulous world of their early twenties. In the first season, they meet, become fast friends, have a falling out, and find their way back to each other. In the second season, Bianca balances career success as a young adult novelist with her own budding romance as she comes to terms with a past heartbreak and allows a new man into her life. Hailey, who dropped out of college years ago, gets a second chance at her first semester of college, but hits a wall when family troubles draw her focus. This dramedy series explores themes of vulnerability and connection through a hopeful tone.

Series Total: Two Seasons, 25 Episodes

Heather co-created the web series and produced both seasons. She co-wrote all 25 episodes, starred as Hailey Adams, and directed 16 episodes of the show.

Apartment 101 was featured in 'The Shut-ins Guide to Winter' in the December 2018 issue of the Chicago Magazine. It was also written up as 'Web Series of the Week' in March 2019 in the online magazine, StarryMag. Two episodes of the series were showcased in the Chi-Town Small SCreen Fest in 2019.
